Postage & Packing for the United Kingdom and Ireland is £3.75 per order.

Harrden Trading cannot be held responsible for local regulations which may affect the importing of health products into your country. All such shipments are therefore at the customers own risk. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any local duties, release fees etc. Also if any specific requirements exist such as triplicate invoices, specific notices to be visible outside the package, it is incumbent on the customer to pass that information to us when placing their order.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to process all online orders within seven days. they will then be sent by 1st class post. (in most cases signed and tracked)
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy
We want to make you aware of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (United Kingdom).
Under these regulations:
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. You may contact us by email, telephone, or letter within the specified period.
Reimbursement would be made as soon as possible but within 30 days and include our normal delivery charge if applicable.
Where goods are deemed to be faulty please return them stating your reason for doing so.
Returns should be made to FMS Skin Care, at our usual address, if necessary we will contact you regarding the safe return of the items.
Items returned unopened/unused may be exchanged for goods of the same value, if desired.
All prices for products on this site are correct but may be liable to change and will be electronically updated.
